About the hackathon
Software that understands the person using it.
The brief
Build a product that reads human state and responds to it. Use behavioral signals from phones and laptops — typing rhythm, scrolling pace, interaction patterns — or physiological signals from wearables, and turn them into software that adapts.
Everything runs on the device. Raw signals stay with the person; only structured state, with consent, reaches anything else. Privacy isn’t a feature here — it’s the constraint you design around.
Ideas we’d love to see: focus-aware dev tools, AI assistants that adjust tone under stress, learning apps that pace to cognitive load, wellbeing tools that respect personal baselines.
